2019 Canadian Ski Championships -
Announcement of the Canadian Team for the World Cup Finals in Quebec City, (March 22-24), Sprint awards presentation and launching of Cross Country Canada's new logo and brand.
March 14, 2019 – Gatineau – On March 17th, the media is invited to take part in "La Soirée", a celebration of the 2019 Canadian Ski Championships, in the "Grand Hall" at the Canadian Museum of History, 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec
Over 700 athletes and volunteers will get together for entertainment and desserts, before speeches by invited dignitaries, including Martin Lajeunesse, Conseiller municipal, Ville de Gatineau and Mathieu Lévesque, Député de Chapleau, Gouvernement du Québec.
Cross Country Canada will be unveiling their new brand. It will modernize their existing brand and take the sport enjoyed by millions across the country, in a new direction that better reflects Canada’s nordic ski community, while remaining true to its history and tradition.
The evening will close with the presentation of medals to the winners of the sprint competitions, and the announcement of the Canadian Team that will be competing at the World Cup finals in Quebec City, March 22-24.
