Cross Country Canada has joined other leading national and provincial sport organizations in supporting the Club Excellence Program which aims to build a network of healthy, strong and sustainable sport clubs across Canada.

Club Excellence provices a range of customized tools and resources to improve ski club programs. Targeted workshops help clubs to become Club Excellence certified and to build capacity in a number of critical areas including coaching, people management, governance, recruitment, financial accountability, marketing, and revenue generation.

The Club Excellence program is available to all ski clubs that deliver either Skill Development Programs and/or racing programs, focusing on all the characteristics of strong, sound clubs, from management to governance and program delivery.
